Run twice a year and in association with CATCH at their training facility in North East Lincolnshire, this course provides guidance and skills to those responsible for solving complex issues to root cause.
Spread over three days and designed to be challenging and fun, it's an intensive practical industrial simulation, set in a residential environment with like-minded individuals looking to take the next step.
Day one starts with theory, before moving quickly into the simulator for days two and three. Stepping outside the classroom environment, you'll have the opportunity to interact with a real plant, including personnel and a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, which uses water to simulate chemical, pharmaceutical and certain FMCG processes.
Set against a series of real-life based case studies, we have devised a series of scenarios to find the root cause of complex failures which are reducing both plant output and raw material yield.
